YOU NEED TO READ- HOT OFF THE PRESS

The northern Arizona Scenic run has been changed from May 8-9 to May 15-16. This would have been a conflict with Mother's Day!

For all you rabid sports car fans

This is not an official Sahuaro Club event but we wanted to let you know that the Copperstate 1000 will be held on April 11, 2010. If you've never been to a Copperstate send-off you've missed seeing some fabulous old sports cars. Go to   www.mensartscouncil.com/cs/   for info.

Miatas in Moab May 14-16, 2010

This is the place to see hundreds of Miatas in one place. Rooms are probably sold out at the downtown hotel but lodging is available if you act now. We will not be scheduling this as a Sahuaro Club event so you can plan your own trip. The parks near Moab are spectacular. For info go to  www.utahmiataclub.com/node/11

Cars at The Pavillions

For new arrivals to the valley of the sun you don't want to miss the weekly gathering of cars at the McDonalds lot in the Pavillions shopping mall just west off the 101 on Indian Bend Road in Scottsdale. We're told it's the longest running drive-in gathering of all types of cars in the States. It all starts at around 4:30 P.M. every Saturday of the year. That's right, every Saturday. Check it out. There's vintage 60s rock music blasting and people of all ages there. The kids love it too.

Welcome to the official Sahuaro Miata Club Website

Welcome! The Sahuaro Miata Club is located in central Arizona and is made up of a wide variety of members and their Mazda MX-5 Miatas. The club hosts a variety of Miata-oriented events mostly throughout Arizona every month.

"Perfectly weighted shifts, scalpel-sharp steering, and telepathic handling make the MX-5 possibly the most addictive, street-legal fun known to mankind." Motor Trend Magazine - April, 2009

Be sure to read the announcements in the left hand column for late- breaking news.
