Why become a member of the Sahuaro Miata Club?
- Sahuaro Miata Club members can present their membership cards and receive between 10 and 20 percent discounts from our advertisers (click on the Advertisers page for a complete listing).
- Club members can see the Events page and get all the information on our planned runs and events.
- Club members are eligible to receive prizes, food, etc. at various events throughout the year which are paid for in part by club membership fees.
The Road to Membership (a two-part process):
In Part-1, you need to register online (which is free).
After successfully registering, Part-2 gives you membership fee and check mailing information.
Part 1 - Registering Online:
Online registration is mandatory for all club members.
Follow these steps to complete your free online registration.
- Click on the word Register (it is blue and is located in the upper-left portion of this screen.
- Fill in your register information keeping in mind that the round, red and white arrows indicate required fields (you must enter something for these).
- While you are at it, please add as much non-required information as you can, like address and phone number(s) We prefer phone number(s) be entered like 480.999.5555 for consistency.
- Please write down the user name and password that you enter because you will need them to Login (Login button is next to Register) and access the Events page (see Part 2-Membership fees for info about our Events page) once you have registered and sent in your membership fee.
- After filling out all of the registration information, scroll to the bottom and click the Submit button; shortly afterwards, our system will send you an email verification stating that you have registered successfully.
Part 2 - Membership Fees:
Information for New members Only:
Sahuaro Miata Club dues are $25.00 per year, and the membership year begins July 1 and ends June 30 of the following year. However, for new members ONLY, if you join sometime other than in May, June or July, your dues are prorated for the first year as follows:
- Sign up before Dec. 31st: $25.00 ……(Pays through June 30 of the following year)
- From Jan. 1st through June 30th: $12.50 (Full dues due July 1st $25.00)
Upon receiving your payment, allow 3 days for your User ID and Password to be activated. (There may be up to 30 days for us to receive your payment from our postal drop box). You will then be able to Login with the Username/Password you registered (which you wrote down for safe-keeping) and be able to access our secure page called, Events. This Events page is the key to finding out all about our planned runs and events (like the Day, Place and Time). Each planned run or event allows you to sign up as well as see who else in the club has signed up.
Information for existing “Active” members Only:
Active members pay $25 per year, due by July 1 (there is a grace-period through July 31 for late payments) of every year, that’s it.
If an Active member misses the grace-period July 31st pay date, they become “inactivated” as of August 1st. An inactivated club member will no longer be able to access the Events page and see upcoming event information. However, upon the club receiving payment of $25, your account will be re-activated and your User ID/Password combination you login with will work once again.

Trial Membership
Interested but not ready to join?
If you are interested in joining the club, but would like to give it a try first, please contact the club today for information on our next event. If possible, please let us know a week in advance of the run so we can get your name on the run roster. We allow non-members to participate in one trial membership event.
