Annual Meeting and Elections June 7, 2009

Charlie's Steak House in Wickenburg, Arizona was again the host for the Sahuaro Miata Club's Annual Elections Meeting and Dinner.  The weather was perfect for top-down motoring as club members arrived ready to cast their votes and enjoy the food and camaraderie.   Michael Cameron from Biddulph Mazda came with gifts and spoke to the group, expressing Biddulph Mazda's commitment to continue working with the club in all things Miata, be it club events or offering special club rates through their Sales and Service Departments. 
 
Also, club member Tedd Smith was honored as this year’s recipient of the club’s “High Achievement” award. Tedd brought up the club’s new website and attended to its many start-up needs. President, Ed Chabot also thanked the board members and staff for all the hard work they put in.
 
After eating and amidst the raffles for prizes, the elections were held. The board members for 2009-2010 are Ray Valle as Secretary, Tina Curti as Treasurer, Debbie Younger as Vice President, and Ed Chabot as President.
