It has been a while since the club had a road rally event, so this one was well-attended. Ginger, the club’s merchandiser, put together this road rally that was fun on many levels and quite scenic. Many of the club members who had never been to Pinnacle Peak Park (the rally’s high point) now have and intend to visit it again soon. The rally was not timed so the winners were determined solely on the number of questions they answered correctly plus their total miles driven (in case of ties).
The rally ended at the Macaroni Grill in Scottsdale where the group enjoyed a tasty lunch in a private room with a scenic view to the parking lot where nineteen colorful Miatas patiently awaited their next adventure.
